About the role
We are seeking a Project Architect to lead high‑end residential and multi‑residential projects from concept through delivery. You will own the design process, mentor junior staff and ensure projects meet quality and schedule targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects from early concept to final delivery.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders and consultants.
- Produce and review documentation, ensuring compliance.
- Deliver plans on time and within budget.
Required profile
- Proven experience in low‑ and high‑density residential projects.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to mentor junior team members.
Required skills
- High proficiency with Revit.
