Project Architect – Data Centre Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of new‑build data‑centre projects across New South Wales. The position sits within a design‑led Australian architecture practice with studios in Sydney and Melbourne, offering real ownership of projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, documentation and construction phases of data‑centre and broader commercial/infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and support the sector lead in project management.
• Maintain high‑quality technical documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex commercial, health, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural detail, coordination, documentation and delivery processes.
• Desire to deepen project leadership capability and enjoy technically demanding work.
