Programmatic Account Manager

About the role

Foxcatcher is a digital media company that aligns programmatic addressable media with CRM, DTC and eCommerce outcomes. As Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between the client agency team (Ryvalmedia) and the Foxcatcher trading team, managing internal conversations, expectations and stakeholder relationships so that both sides achieve successful results.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated Account Manager for Foxcatcher clients, keeping the Ryvalmedia team and the trading team aligned on client needs.
• Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders, including the Head of Product and the Senior Account Manager, and turn client requirements into actionable strategies for the trading team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Ryvalmedia on key accounts, handling requests, feedback and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with the trading team to deliver programmatic campaigns on time and to the required standard, overseeing campaign progress.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to Ryvalmedia, with insights that help optimise campaign strategy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to make the collaboration more efficient.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience managing client relationships in a programmatic advertising environment, focused on account management and client service.
• Ability to coordinate projects, manage timelines and deliver client campaigns successfully.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal stakeholders and client teams.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and adapt to changing client needs and internal dynamics.
