Program Finance Analyst – Controls

About the role

The Program Finance Analyst – Controls will oversee project controls for high‑profile programs, ensuring accurate cost management, forecasting and reporting. You will work closely with PMO stakeholders and the central finance team to monitor project performance and support delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate cost control structures within the ERP to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
• Establish baselines, oversee change control processes and assess cost impacts.
• Develop budgets, perform cost control, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Apply earned value management (EVM) and schedule performance analysis.
• Identify risks, trends and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project controls, budgeting, cost control and earned value analysis.
• Proven ability to drive earned value tools and manage multiple priorities.
