Production Worker – Day or Night Shift

About the role

Kinrise is seeking Production Workers for its Ozpack team in Scoresby. The role involves operating equipment on the production floor, supporting day or night shifts, and ensuring smooth, safe, and quality‑focused manufacturing of food products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, set‑up and shut down production machinery on the Ozpack line.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot faults and ensure safe shutdowns.
• Record detailed production and quality data accurately.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Identify and recommend improvements to production processes and quality.

Required profile

• Experience working on a production line, either day or night shift.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and hygiene standards.
• Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Willingness to train and be trained by a “buddy”.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Operating and troubleshooting production machinery.
• Basic computer and data‑entry skills.
