Production Technician (Assembler)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Technician (Assembler) to join a fast‑growing team that develops innovative technology for the agricultural sector. You will work on a permanent, full‑time basis at our facility near Wolli Creek, NSW, contributing to the assembly and testing of high‑precision devices.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and rework devices and sub‑assemblies according to detailed build instructions.
• Handle mechanical components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), cabling, connectors, fasteners, adhesives, fixtures, and test equipment.
• Follow test procedures and quality‑assurance standards, providing feedback to improve process repeatability.
• Perform administrative tasks such as stock checks and reordering of components.

Required profile

• Prior production experience assembling cables, harnesses, or electronic products.
• Full work rights in Australia.
