About the role
Join the iconic R M Williams workshop in Adelaide and help craft boots, leather goods and apparel using traditional methods. No prior experience is required – you will receive full training and develop a lifelong craft.
Key responsibilities
- Operate machinery and hand tools to produce footwear and leather products.
- Inspect and finish items to meet the brand’s high quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workshop environment.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Reliability, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Enjoys working with hands and thriving in a team setting.
What we offer
- Progressive skill‑level system (Level 1 to Level 6) with hourly rates from $28.43 to $33.90 AUD.
