Production Team Member – Full‑Time

About the role

Join a collaborative production team at a leading FMCG site in Yatala, Queensland. This full‑time, permanent position offers hands‑on experience across machinery operation, line set‑ups, and quality checks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production activities, troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment.
• Support line set‑ups, changeovers and material handling.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG.
• Current forklift licence and operating experience.
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality and food‑safety standards.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
