Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for safety, quality and productivity on the shift, acting as the link between the production team and upper management. The role ensures operations meet customer demand on time according to the production plan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop production and warehouse teams while championing a strong safety culture and 5S standards.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards and KPIs are achieved and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate workflows, resources and maintenance activities to minimise downtime.
• Manage inventory, warehouse operations and accurate movement of goods.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and workforce planning activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or in a relevant role.
• Ability to plan, direct and monitor production activities to meet safety, quality, efficiency and cost targets.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Forklift License
• Basic MS Office Suite
• SAP experience (desirable)
• Dogging and Rigging License (desirable)
