Production Roles – Ladder Welders, Rollform & Machine Operators

About the role

Korvest Ltd is expanding its manufacturing footprint in Kilburn, South Australia and is hiring for a range of production positions across its Korvest Galvanising and EzyStrut facilities. Roles are available on both day and afternoon shifts and include ladder welding, rollform operation, laser operation/programming, general machine operation and forklift driving.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ladder welding on structural steel components according to specifications.
• Operate rollform machines to shape steel profiles.
• Set up, run and program laser equipment for cutting and marking tasks.
• Run production machines, including advanced equipment, to meet output targets.
• Drive forklifts to move materials safely within the warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the listed production functions or a strong willingness to be trained.
• Ability to work day or afternoon shifts, with the afternoon shift offering a 15% loading.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Australian work eligibility.
