Production Operator

About the role

CSR is seeking Production Operators for its Minto manufacturing site. The role can be on a day or night shift, working Monday to Friday, and involves keeping production lines running safely and efficiently. You will report to the Production Supervisor and contribute to a fast‑paced, quality‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate plant and equipment to meet daily production targets.
• Manually remove panels from conveyors and pack them.
• Pick and pack corner assemblies.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor product quality, identify defects and document checks.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and support maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Good attention to detail.
• Physically fit for manual handling.
• Mechanically minded with a hands‑on approach.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Clear communication skills.
