Production Operator

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Production Operator to join our 24/5 food manufacturing site in Camellia. The role involves operating and monitoring production equipment on a rotating two‑week shift pattern covering day, afternoon and night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, operate and monitor food production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts to move stock and materials around the facility (training provided if licence is required).
- Perform manual handling and lift raw materials or finished products up to 25 kg.
- Follow strict food safety and GMP standards to maintain product quality.
- Work as part of a 24/5 team on a rotating schedule.
Required profile
- Safety‑focused with ability to complete manual tasks.
- LF forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production.
- Permanent residency or Australian citizenship.
