About the role
We are looking for a motivated Production Operator to join Mars Wrigley’s manufacturing team in Asquith. The role works a fixed night shift (6 pm‑6 am) across a three‑day week, giving you a strong work‑life balance while contributing to the production of globally recognised confectionery products.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all products meet Mars quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
- Complete clear shift handovers and plan for schedule changes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Required profile
- Interest in working in a manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, adaptable and willing to learn.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and high attention to detail.
- Ability to follow procedures and take initiative.
Required skills
- Mechanical aptitude (desirable).
