Production Operator – Full‑time Permanent Position

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Operator to join our Wolf and Cup Line at Nestlé’s Smithtown facility. The role supports the production team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and offers a permanent, full‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and structured problem‑solving on the line.
• Maintain line standards, safety protocols and the 4M’s (Man, Machine, Method, Material).
• Promote a "zero injury, defect, waste" mindset and uphold safety, health, environment and quality standards.
• Participate in Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) initiatives.
• Ensure all work complies with quality, safety, reliability and cost requirements.

Required profile

• Reliable and flexible, able to work morning and afternoon shifts.
• Enthusiastic learner with strong focus on safety, quality and wellbeing.
• Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
• Physical capability for manual handling and commitment to GMP.
• Forklift licence is an advantage.
