Production Operator – Coffee Mixes

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Production team in Smithtown as a Production Operator focused on coffee mixes. You will work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, supporting line performance while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain line standards and follow standard operating procedures for each production run.
• Apply the 4M’s (Man, Machine, Method, Material) to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote a “zero injury, defect, waste” mindset and support safety, health, environment and quality initiatives.
• Participate in Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) activities.
• Ensure all work complies with quality, safety, reliability and cost requirements.

Required profile

• Reliability and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, days and nights.
• Strong enthusiasm for learning with a focus on safety, quality and wellbeing.
• Good numeracy, literacy and communication abilities.
• Physical capability for manual handling and commitment to GMP.
• Eligibility to work in Australia with permanent residency.
