Production Operator – Brendale

About the role

The Production Operator position is a full‑time role based in Brendale, QLD, reporting to the Production Supervisor. You will work on a rotating 4‑day on/4‑day off roster, covering both day and night 12‑hour shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate fixed and mobile plant to produce high‑quality products and perform quality checks.
• Identify and report equipment or product faults, and complete pre‑start checklists.
• Unload, stage and store various products, and perform housekeeping duties.
• Drive a forklift safely and assist with risk and hazard identification.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and high‑quality standards.
• Experience in a high‑volume, multi‑stage manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Current forklift licence (preferred) and willingness to work a rotating roster.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work well within a team.
