Production Operator / Assembler - Day & Afternoon Shifts

About the role

Randstad is recruiting Production Operators / Assemblers for a global leader in energy management and electrical solutions, at its advanced manufacturing facility in Benalla, Victoria. The work is full-time, temporary, on day or afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, with permanent opportunities for the right candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Fit, clip and assemble lightweight plastic, wire and electrical enclosure parts.
• Assist with running, cutting and securing simple wire harnesses and cables.
• Restock assembly bays and move completed lightweight components along the line.
• Maintain a tidy workstation and follow daily factory safety procedures.

Required profile

• Full Australian working rights (Australian citizen or permanent resident).
• Entry-level candidates welcome; general labouring and electrical factory experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable standing for entire shifts and doing repetitive manual handling.
• Available for consistent full-time hours on day or afternoon shift rosters.
• Able to pass a national police check and drug and alcohol screen.

What we offer

• Pay of $34.87 per hour base plus super and loadings.
