Production Operative – Manufacturing Team

About the role

VENTORA is looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join its manufacturing team in Rowville. You will help produce shower screens, glass products and custom‑made solutions while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and feed raw materials into equipment.
• Perform manual handling tasks (up to 20 kg) and package finished products for delivery.
• Maintain a safe, hazard‑free work environment in line with WHS procedures.
• Follow 5S housekeeping standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support broader team plans through multi‑skilling and occasional additional duties.

Required profile

• Demonstrated compliance with safe work practices and use of required PPE.
• Experience or aptitude for technical production processes, including machinery and tooling.
• Ability to read technical data sheets, bills of materials and drawings.
• Secondary School Certificate (Year 10/12 or equivalent) and a current forklift licence are desirable.
