Production Lead

About the role

The Production Lead will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of creative and marketing projects, ensuring they move from concept to execution on time and to quality standards. Working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment, you will coordinate internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders while continuously improving production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination and delivery of multiple creative and marketing projects, meeting deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Build and manage project schedules, balance team capacity, and reallocate resources as priorities shift.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement scalable operational solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align expectations, communicate progress, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Manage production budgets, external vendors, freelance talent, and related expenditures.
• Partner with AI and operational teams to evaluate, implement, and optimise automation tools.
• Maintain visibility across the production pipeline and foster collaboration between creative, marketing, and business teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading creative production or project coordination in an in‑house marketing, creative, or brand environment.
• Strong expertise with project‑management platforms and database‑driven workflow tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
• Experience overseeing budgets, external agencies, freelance partners, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Systems‑thinking mindset with a passion for process optimisation.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and practical experience with automation tools (highly desirable).
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑changing environment.
