Production Assistant

About the role

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a Production Assistant to support the end‑to‑end production cycle for its luxury fashion collections. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring operational efficiency and accurate coordination of samples and shipments across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing parcels, track and dispatch items for the Production team.
• Manage shipment samples: receive, verify barcodes, allocate to stakeholders, and maintain documentation.
• Maintain product and supplier data in systems (including PLM), support barcode generation, care‑label updates, and purchase‑order processes.
• Support the Sample Management System (SMS) by preparing sample packs, updating trackers, and organising studio samples.
• Provide administrative support for templates, trackers, reporting, and seasonal production tools.
• Collaborate with Design, Warehouse, and QA teams to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Assist with quality‑control records and adherence to production, safety, and operational standards.

Required skills

• Experience with PLM systems.
