Product Specialist – Biosuture

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Surgery team in Adelaide as a Product Specialist for Biosuture. You will build trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders to drive adoption of innovative surgical solutions across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account‑based plans to achieve sales targets, expand market share and identify new business opportunities.
• Build strong clinical relationships with surgeons, nurses and procurement teams to support product adoption.
• Coordinate and deliver product education, in‑service training and professional development programs.
• Manage territory operations including inventory, forecasting and contract opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven hospital sales experience in medical devices, preferably with operating theatre exposure.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills with surgeons, nurses and procurement teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, confident in delivering clinical education.
• Highly organised, problem‑solver with attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a field‑based role.
