Product Specialist – Biosurgery

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist to join its Biosurgery team in Melbourne. You will build trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders to drive adoption of innovative biosurgery solutions across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account‑based plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Provide clinical education, in‑service training and professional development programs to healthcare professionals.
• Manage territory operations, including inventory, forecasting and contract opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven hospital sales experience in medical devices, preferably with operating‑theatre exposure.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills with surgeons, nurses and procurement teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, confident in delivering product training.
• Highly organised, problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a field‑based role.
