Product Quality Engineer

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to join its Sydney team, supporting the Dive‑XL product line. You will develop and execute quality processes that ensure high‑quality, reliable defense hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in‑process and end‑of‑line inspections in a modern manufacturing environment.
• Lead material review board and supplier quality activities, including PPAP and FAI.
• Develop and implement AS9100/ISO9001 quality policies, work instructions and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Support calibration of test equipment, jigs and fixtures and assist with internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5‑7 years experience in aerospace/defense quality or manufacturing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 security clearance.
• Proven track record of driving projects from start to completion.

Required skills

• AS9100 and ISO9001 quality management systems.
• FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, GD&T.
• Statistical analysis tools: MATLAB, JMP, Minitab.
• Experience with Teamcenter, SolidWorks and Jira.
