Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

This role supports the Manager of Communications and PR in delivering customer‑focused marketing and communications that align product offerings, customer needs and business priorities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create compelling content for product launches and ongoing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Innovation, Sales, Relationship and Fleet teams to develop clear product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Create and maintain customer‑focused marketing content across websites, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, partner communications and sales materials.
• Support product launches by producing marketing collateral, campaign content and customer communications.
• Translate complex financial services and fleet management concepts into engaging, brand‑aligned messaging.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to gather insights, identify communication opportunities and support thought‑leadership, partnership and PR initiatives.
• Monitor market activity, customer insights and competitor messaging to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory and brand requirements while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, PR, communications or equivalent.
• Experience in product marketing, marketing communications, content marketing or public relations.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
