Product Marketing Manager (VIC or NSW)

About the role

Syfe is APAC's leading digital wealth platform, with over US$10 billion in assets and operations in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. The Product Marketing Manager sits at the intersection of product, marketing and the SelfWealth community, driving engagement and adoption among existing and prospective investors in Australia. It is a hands-on B2C marketing role for a creative, customer-focused marketer who turns complex financial ideas into clear, engaging content. The position is open to candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market planning for new product and feature launches across the SelfWealth platform, defining objectives, metrics and execution plans with product, marketing and acquisition teams.
• Translate product capabilities into clear positioning and messaging, and maintain value propositions that differentiate SelfWealth.
• Gather and synthesise user feedback, investor community input and competitive analysis to inform the product roadmap and refine messaging.
• Develop acquisition-focused campaigns that link product features to user benefits, partnering with performance marketing to meet ROAS and acquisition goals.
• Work with product teams to provide creative, educational content and acquisition hooks, and equip sales, advisory and customer support teams with consistent product marketing materials.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in B2C digital product marketing, ideally in fintech, financial services or consumer tech.
• Proven experience managing community engagement on social platforms and leading product marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Comfortable working across CRM, web and social channels, with a focus on acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborative, hands-on and able to work cross-functionally with product, creative and acquisition teams.

Required skills

• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to simplify complex product ideas.
• Experience using CRM, web and social tools.
