Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The company is an established Australian‑owned organisation serving the resources and industrial sectors. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own demand generation across three product brands, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing and demand generation plan for three product brands.
• Plan and deliver campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Build and manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, landing pages, email marketing and lead nurturing.
• Manage ecommerce and product content across digital channels.
• Use AI tools for content development, analysis, optimisation and automation.
• Brief and manage paid media partners and campaign budgets.
• Develop product‑focused content, brochures, collateral and video.
• Track and report on qualified leads, cost per lead and campaign performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in product marketing or demand generation.
• Proven track record of generating and growing qualified leads.
• Commercially minded, digital‑first approach and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in mining, engineering, manufacturing or related industrial sectors is highly regarded.

• E‑commerce and website CMS experience.
