Product Marketing Manager

About the role

FrankieOne is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market strategy for its identity and fraud platform. You will create a unified language that aligns product, sales, customer success and marketing, and translate it into launches, campaigns and a clear website narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine company, platform and product positioning and category narrative.
• Translate complex KYC, KYB, AML, identity verification, fraud and transaction monitoring capabilities into differentiated customer value.
• Develop messaging frameworks by buyer, use case, vertical and market.
• Craft proof points, customer stories and value propositions for enterprise buyers.
• Lead go‑to‑market strategy for new products and major releases, including launch assets, internal readiness and measurement.
• Partner early with product teams to inject market, customer and buyer insights into roadmap and packaging.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of regulated identity and fraud solutions (KYC, KYB, AML, etc.).
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing substance.
• Experience working with senior leaders, product managers and sales teams.
• Proven track record of building product marketing capability and shaping market perception.
