Product Manager

About the role

Join Publift, an adtech company empowering online publishers to maximise revenue from display ads. As a Product Manager you will own discovery and roadmap delivery for core auction and platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product discovery, prioritisation and roadmap for one or more product areas, translating customer and business needs into a clear backlog.
• Write clear problem statements, specifications and PRDs that engineers can build from directly.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science and Commercial teams to surface risks, make pragmatic trade‑offs and iterate on shipped work.
• Engage regularly with publishers and internal users to let feedback shape the product roadmap.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience with end‑to‑end ownership of technical products.
• Proven track record of shipping features in a technical domain and working closely with engineering.
• Outcome‑focused mindset, measuring success by revenue, adoption, retention or efficiency.
• Comfortable discussing detailed technical topics with engineers and data scientists.

Required skills

• SQL or spreadsheet‑level data analysis.
• Writing specifications, PRDs or equivalent artefacts.
• Familiarity with AI tooling as a productivity aid.
