Product Manager – Connected Construction

About the role

Lead Trimble's Connected Construction strategy in ANZ, owning the vision for Jobpac ERP Connectivity and its mobile evolution. You will bridge office and field, using AI and seamless integrations to help the region's largest constructors work smarter and more sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap and accelerate Go‑To‑Market efforts for high‑impact field features.
• Lead cross‑product integration, creating a unified office‑to‑field and financial experience.
• Manage legislative compliance, product modernization and strategic payroll logic for Australian and New Zealand markets.
• Drive the ANZ connectivity strategy through robust API integrations and the AppXchange Marketplace.
• Deploy advanced AI financial analysis tools for real‑time job cost forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven SaaS product management experience with strong understanding of financial workflows.
• Solid background in construction finance or project management workflows within the ANZ market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Required skills

• API integration and middleware expertise.
• Experience with construction ERP platforms such as Jobpac or Vista.
• Advanced data analytics and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation (e.g., STP, Holidays Act).
