Product Manager – AI Neobank App

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to own product areas within BJAK's AI‑powered Neobank app. The role involves understanding user problems, defining product direction, collaborating with engineering and design, and launching features quickly while iterating post‑release.

Key responsibilities

• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel or other financial services.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams to turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research and production issues to improve product decisions, monitor performance and drive iterations.
• Make trade‑offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance and operational complexity.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator or similar role.
• Strong product sense, ability to simplify complex workflows and high ownership with limited guidance.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post‑launch learning.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or high‑growth products is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Ability to work closely with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Strong writing, prioritisation and stakeholder management.
