Product Lead – AI Investing

About the role

We are seeking a senior Product Lead to shape and drive major AI Investing product areas at BJAK. The role involves owning direction, execution, product quality and outcomes across multiple squads while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define priorities, roadmap, product standards and success metrics for AI Investing features.
• Guide product managers, designers and engineers toward clear execution and launch quality.
• Translate regulatory, operational and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Drive post‑launch learning, continuous improvement and a culture of speed, clarity and honest measurement.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading digital product areas, balancing strategy, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to prioritize, make trade‑offs and sequence product work in high‑ambiguity environments.
• Experience mentoring PMs/POs or leading cross‑functional squads is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working under senior stakeholder pressure and fast‑changing conditions.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of fintech, insurance, payments or regulated consumer applications.
• Ability to simplify complex financial products into usable user journeys.
