Product Engineer - AI Investing App

About the role

We are seeking a Product Engineer to own product areas within Doit's AI Investing App. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to launch and continuously improve financial services features.

Key responsibilities

• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans for insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel or other financial services.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams to turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research and production issues to improve product decisions and drive iterations after launch.
• Make trade‑offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance and operational complexity.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator or similar role.
• Strong product sense, ability to simplify complex workflows and high ownership with limited guidance.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post‑launch learning.
• Excellent writing, prioritisation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Ability to work closely with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or high‑growth products is a strong advantage.
