Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer to shape intuitive, high‑quality experiences across BJAK's suite of financial products. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn complex financial workflows into fast, trustworthy interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences from concept through production, including insurance, payments, claims, and investments.
• Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain consistency across mobile and web.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, and interaction.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
• Experience with interactive prototyping, Auto Layout, and component libraries.
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and information architecture.
