Product Designer

About the role

Neara is building AI‑powered digital twins of electricity grids and needs a Product Designer to shape high‑impact experiences. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to turn complex technical requirements into intuitive, elegant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design work from discovery through delivery for new and existing product areas.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys and workflow analysis.
• Translate technical requirements into wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity UI designs and contribute to the Nitro Design System.
• Identify usability issues and proactively drive improvements across the platform.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in SaaS or complex software.
• Proven ability to design elegant solutions for technically complex, data‑rich products.
• Strong research and problem‑solving skills, comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Full‑cycle design expertise: discovery, wireframing, prototyping, high‑fidelity design, validation.
• Ability to create and evolve design systems.
• Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
