Producer for Social-First Content

About the role

Jack Nimble is seeking a Producer to lead end‑to‑end production of social‑first content for top brands. The role covers pre‑production, on‑set management and post‑production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop budgets, recruit crew, negotiate fees and manage contracts.
• Schedule productions, create timelines and call sheets, and oversee on‑set execution.
• Lead pre‑production meetings, liaise with talent and organise site recce.
• Manage post‑production deliverables, coordinate with internal and external suppliers and keep clients updated.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the full production pipeline and ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Experience delivering profitable projects and building positive supplier relationships.

Required skills

• Negotiation and contract administration.
