Procurement Specialist

About the role

Dyno Nobel Limited is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its Brisbane team. This hybrid position will focus on delivering commercial value through strategic sourcing, category management and robust contract administration within a global ASX100 resources organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFX preparation, supplier evaluation and negotiation.
• Develop and execute category strategies that drive cost savings and mitigate risk.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures and service level agreements.
• Establish, monitor and renew contracts, ensuring performance and risk compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Track, analyse and report on sourcing outcomes, savings, risks and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Highly developed negotiation skills delivering optimal commercial outcomes.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end sourcing, tendering and contract management.

• Base salary $140,000 plus superannuation and annual bonus.
