Procurement Officer

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Procurement Officer to lead sourcing activities, manage vendor relationships and support the Group’s procurement portfolio across its global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quote (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP) processes.
• Support the Group in overall management of the procurement portfolio.
• Analyse vendor pricing, cost structures and market trends.
• Identify procurement opportunities, risks and process improvements.
• Negotiate pricing terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Source goods and services using transparent and ethical protocols.
• Assess ethical implications of business activities and seek legal advice when needed.
• Manage risk, perform invoice checks, reconciliations and reporting.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and maintain effective relationships.
• Train internal stakeholders on the Procure‑to‑Pay process.
• Maintain vendor data and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree (preferred).
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to organise and visualise data.
• Solution‑driven, highly coordinated with excellent attention to detail.
• Team player, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercial awareness and solid business acumen.
