Procurement Manager

About the role

Gransolar Group is seeking a Procurement Manager to develop and execute procurement strategies that align with the company’s renewable energy objectives. You will lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement procurement strategies focused on cost, quality, and supplier relationships.
• Select, assess, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with EPC contracts and standards.
• Monitor market trends, manage budgets, and optimise costs without compromising quality.
• Lead and mentor the purchasing team, fostering collaboration across production, engineering, legal, finance and logistics.
• Evaluate vendor performance using KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Industrial, Civil or Engineering degree.
• Training in Project Management is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
