Procurement Manager – End‑to‑End Services

About the role

Colgate‑Palmolive’s Hill’s Pet Nutrition division is seeking an E2E Service Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and category management for warehousing, logistics, freight and co‑packing across ANZ. You will shape the indirect value chain, drive network efficiency and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support a high‑growth, purpose‑led brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, risk mitigation and vendor management for the full services footprint, acting as the subject‑matter expert for warehousing and logistics.
• Drive logistics network efficiency and resilience, overseeing freight, warehousing and co‑packing to ensure seamless market delivery.
• Participate in cross‑functional task forces, regional projects and division‑wide sourcing initiatives to influence broader procurement categories.
• Accountable for Services Procurement KPIs, ensuring compliance with spending thresholds, mandates and SOX requirements.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, fostering supplier innovation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional experience in procurement and supply chain, with deep knowledge of warehousing, logistics, freight and co‑packing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field; advanced degree or MCIPS/CIPS qualification is highly regarded.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in ERP and procurement systems, specifically SAP and Ariba.
• Strong data analytics capabilities using relevant tools.
• Expertise in end‑to‑end RFx processes, complex commercial negotiations and Total Cost of Ownership analysis.
