Procurement Manager – APAC (Perth / Kuala Lumpur)

About the role

EnerMech is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities across the APAC region. Based in either Perth or Kuala Lumpur, you will ensure timely, cost‑effective acquisition of materials, equipment and services that support our complex energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full procurement cycle for all in‑scope categories.
• Develop and enforce procurement policies, procedures and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, conducting performance evaluations and improvement plans.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Monitor procurement spend against budgets and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with project needs.
• Provide regular procurement status reports to business line and project managers.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in end‑to‑end supply chain, logistics or operations, preferably across multiple APAC countries.
• Background in a regulated, complex or asset‑intensive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related field.
