Processing Trainer

About the role

The Processing Trainer will support the Wodgina lithium operation by delivering and assessing training for the processing plant workforce. This FIFO position operates on an 8‑day on, 6‑day off roster and is based on‑site at the mine camp.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training and assessment on the MRL Lithium Processing plant in line with the MinRes Training System.
• Develop and upload training packages and documentation using the InTuition system.
• Collaborate with site management to identify and meet training needs.
• Provide support to the Training Supervisor and ensure compliance with training standards.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) – mandatory.
• Extensive experience as a Process Operator in the resources/mining sector.
• Experience with fixed‑plant or processing plant operations; lithium experience is advantageous.
• Valid C Class driver’s licence and any required RII operator tickets.

Required skills

• Fixed‑plant processing operations.
• Training Management System usage (InTuition preferred).
• Conducting Training Needs Analysis.
