Process Worker - Night Shift

About the role
AYVA Packaging, an Australian-owned manufacturer of plastic packaging such as pails, barrels, cartridges and closures, is hiring experienced Production/Process Operators for its Wetherill Park team due to continued growth. This is a night shift position running from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machinery
- Identify and resolve process issues
- Maintain accurate production records
- Work closely with shift leaders and team members
- Perform manual handling (up to 15 kg) and operate a pallet trolley
Required profile
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
