About the role
This permanent position on Baxter's Canning Vale compounding team supports the efficient and accurate production of compounded healthcare products. Full training is provided, making it ideal for candidates starting a career in pharmaceuticals.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and prepare raw materials for compounding.
- Label, inspect, seal and pack finished compounded products.
- Perform final inspection, labeling and dispatch of prepared orders.
- Maintain housekeeping of the work area and manage consumables.
- Complete documentation in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and follow Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Required profile
- Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable team player.
- Good basic mathematics and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to learn and work shift schedules.
- Unrestricted work rights in ANZ and ability to meet pre‑employment medical, vision screening and mask‑fit requirements.
Required skills
- Basic mathematics.
- Use of computer systems for documentation.
