Process Project Manager (Industrial FMCG)

About the role

Blue Projects is a dynamic consulting firm specializing in engineering and project management solutions for industrial clients. We are seeking a Process Project Manager to join our team in Australia (NSW or Victoria) to support an industrial FMCG project.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to define project specifications.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with external vendors and subcontractors.
• Help secure necessary permits and licences from regulatory authorities.
• Determine required resources (manpower, equipment, materials) and manage them within budget.
• Plan and schedule project operations to ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead project interactions with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promptly report any issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, focusing on industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Knowledge of food industry manufacturing and packaging processes, including layouts and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and right to work in Australia.
• Availability for business trips and project‑related relocations.
