Process Manager – Adelaide

About the role

Ausenco is expanding its APAC Africa business into South Australia and is looking for a Process Manager to join the Adelaide team. You will lead process engineering activities across the full project lifecycle for critical minerals, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Review process engineering deliverables for compliance with Ausenco standards and industry best practice.
• Assist in preparing proposals, work estimates and client presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and help grow the minerals client base through face‑to‑face meetings.
• Support technical systems development for training and compliance, and attend occasional site kickoff visits.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the Process Engineering Team, ensuring development goals and technical standards are met.
• Participate in graduate selection and development programmes and represent Ausenco at industry events.

Required profile

• Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, Extractive Metallurgy or a related field.
• Extensive industry experience across a range of mineral process engineering roles, including precious, base or battery minerals.
• Proven experience at Lead Process Engineer level or above, covering concept studies through to detailed design and commissioning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and business development skills.
