Principal/Senior 12D Designer - Roads and Highways

About the role

KBR is looking for an experienced Principal / Senior 12D Designer to join its Roads and Highways team in Brisbane or the Maroochydore office. The team is growing and its pipeline of work is expanding, with many opportunities to shape your career path.

Key responsibilities

• Work on road and highway projects in Queensland, including road alignment and duplication projects.
• Contribute to intersection upgrades and road safety upgrades, including the Bruce Highway Targeted Road Safety Program.
• Take part in IV and bridge replacement schemes.
• Choose between hands-on project work, managing people, mentoring others or acting as a technical authority.

Required profile

• Strong 12D design experience, able to hit the ground running.
• A track record of delivering TMR projects, with knowledge of TMR standards and practices.
• Team player who adds to a collaborative culture and wants to avoid constant utilisation targets and unrealistic deadlines.
