Principal Technology Procurement Specialist

About the role

Adactin Group is seeking an experienced Principal Technology Procurement Specialist to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for technology products, solutions and services. The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier engagements and delivering value while minimising risk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for software, hardware and technology services.
• Develop and manage sole‑source and competitive procurement processes.
• Engage with suppliers, conduct tender evaluations and select suppliers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to achieve value‑for‑money outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance and risk management requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology suppliers to support organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, technology procurement or IT procurement.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end sourcing and competitive tender processes.
• Strong commercial negotiation, contract management and supplier evaluation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Australian citizenship with an active Baseline security clearance.
