Principal Recruitment Specialist, HR Partners

About the role

Randstad HR Partners is looking for an experienced Principal Recruitment Specialist to build a high-value Senior HR desk and take the business to a wider market. The role focuses on promoting flexible HR recruitment solutions to HR leaders across industries, and reports to the National Head and GM of the specialism.

Key responsibilities

• Build a high-value Senior HR desk focused on senior appointments, with strategy, planning and execution of the plan
• Promote innovative flexible HR recruitment solutions to HR leaders across industries
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to clients as a subject matter expert
• Balance client management, recruitment and administrative work while meeting work objectives

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in recruitment as a Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, Sector Recruitment Manager or Branch Manager, with specialised HR recruitment experience
• Experience building or managing a desk focused on high-level senior roles
• Other specialisations such as Finance, Procurement, Legal or Business Support are welcome
• Ambitious, driven and results-oriented, with organisation and good time management
