Principal Consultant - SAP UI UX Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Consultant – SAP UI/UX Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern user experiences across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role sits at the intersection of design, architecture and business transformation, working closely with functional and technical teams to redefine how users interact with SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern UI/UX architecture aligned with SAP Fiori design principles.
• Lead end‑to‑end UX strategy, creating user journeys, wireframes and prototypes.
• Facilitate design‑thinking workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to ensure consistency across design systems.
• Drive adoption of Fiori apps, UX personas and role‑based designs.
• Support bids, solution design and client presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 solutions on S/4HANA and BTP.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to define end‑to‑end UX architecture and governance.
• Experience with public and private cloud SAP environments is highly desirable.
