Principal Client Manager

About the role

Marsh Risk is looking for a senior Principal Client Manager to lead a portfolio of multinational clients, providing strategic advice on employee health and benefits and shaping the direction of client service and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of multinational clients as the primary relationship contact.
• Provide strategic advice on global benefits programme design, financing, and employee health.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, client escalations and delivery across internal and external teams.
• Review renewal documents, claims trends and market information to support client decisions.
• Contribute to business expansion, client onboarding and account strategy development.
• Mentor junior colleagues, shape team ways of working and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Advanced industry experience with proven ability to manage complex client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience supporting business development and growth targets.
• Well‑developed project management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Relevant tertiary degree.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
